Return and Exchange Policy

Domestic Orders

Return Periods:

  • In Stock Items:

    • Store Credit: Must be returned within 48 hours of receipt.
    • Condition: Items must be in original packaging, unused, and uninstalled. Used, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Made to Order/Special Order/Custom Made Items:

    • Store Credit: Subject to approval.

Return Fees and Shipping:

  • New Products:

    • Correct Item & Functional: 20% restocking fee + shipping + return shipping + 5.2% transaction fee.
    • Correct Item & Damaged: Refund/credit value subject to 3rd party insurance claim. Cancellation subject to 20% restocking fee + 5.2% transaction fee.
    • Incorrect Item (Customer Error): 20% restocking fee + shipping + return shipping + 5.2% transaction fee.
    • Incorrect Item (Merchant Error): Replacement provided upon return of incorrect item. Subject to lead time for replacement.
  • Made to Order Items:

    • No Returns.
    • Defective/Incorrect Item (Merchant Error): Replacement provided upon return of incorrect item. Subject to lead time.
    • Damaged Item: Replacement if "PREMIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION" (2% of item’s value) was purchased. Otherwise, no replacement or refunds.

International Orders

Damaged Items & Lost Packages

  • Insurance: Provided only with "PREMIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION". Inspect items at delivery and note any damage immediately.
  • Coverage Includes: Damages during transit, damages identified at delivery, and lost items during transit.
  • Exclusions: Lost after delivery, damages found after delivery, failure to inspect at delivery, or if received by a 3rd party without inspection.

Cancellation Policy

  • In Stock Items: 20% restocking fee + non-refundable 5.2% transaction fee.
  • Made to Order Items (Manufacturing Started): 30% restocking fee + non-refundable 5.2% transaction fee.
  • Made to Order Items (Manufacturing Not Started): Non-refundable 5.2% transaction fee.
  • Special Order/Custom Made Items: Non-cancellable.

Shipping Costs: Refunded less 5.2% transaction fees.
